We’ve lost our way.
Somewhere along the line, so many of us have lost touch with what’s natural. What’s real. What matters.
There was a time when we fed on fresh wild fruit instead of junk food. We stood on soft grass and moss, not lines at McDonalds. We counted wildflowers and sheep, not Facebook likes.
These things are more than just food for the soul. We’ve lost more than just beautiful daydreams.
You see, everything is interconnected. Especially what’s inside of us.

When your body isn’t happy, your mind and your heart suffer.
I’m talking about illnesses, chemicals, toxins... Everything that comes along with our hectic, stressful and unhealthy modern lifestyles.
I used to believe that all of this was normal. I used to>think it was OK.
But I want to tell you how I realized I was falling apart - and how I discovered a different way to live.
I work as an international sales rep. I represent my company throughout all of Asia and make million-dollar deals with our clients. It’s an incredibly stressful and fast-paced job, but I make a lot of money.
All of this took an enormous toll on my mental and physical health. But I thought it was worth it. I told myself to just get over the stress and power through the damage it was doing to my body.
But I was coming apart at the seams.
It was a business partner in Japan who first noticed that, despite the facade I put up, I was not OK.
“You look exhausted, drained,” he noted. And he was right. I’d spent the last week in Japan so it wasn’t jet lag. “I feel like you need to reconnect. To ground yourself.”
I laughed at him. “Reconnect?” “Ground?” I looked at him like he was crazy. Because at the time, I thought he was.
“Let me explain,” he said...
Living our toxic lives
