How To Use Neatcell Picosecond Laser Pen
- Plugin the power, and the machine is energized, the digital tube displays
- Press the "Inten" and "Fre/Hz" button to select the intensity and frequency.we suggest start the operation from the lowest intensity and frequency, then upgrade as needed. Note: 9 level is the lowest frequency for Blue laser pen.
- Coated with anesthesia if you are afraid of pain, there will be a little pain when using the laser pen, feels like an intravenous injection.
- Wear protective glasses Note: Blue laser pen need to wear protective glasses because it keeps flashing
- Put the hole of the pen towards to the spot where you want to operate with, for Blue laser pen, Continuously press the Switch button, then laser light appears, stop pressing the Switch button after 1-2 seconds, then Repeatedly. Note: for Blue laser pen, we suggest Do NOT stay in the same location for more than 2 seconds.
- blue light has an effect on melanin, after the operation, you will see the mole turn more black, then you can stop, after a few days, it will fade and even disappear. for some more, it will Cocoon, do not destroy it, leave it shedding Naturally.
- Cover with repair essence at once after operated, repeat to use repair essence in the following days, Do not expose to the sun, otherwise the skin will be sunburned and turn red.
- Repeat to do this every few days if needed
Tips:
Before the operation, it is recommended to practice repeatedly on black paper(paper on other color has no effect) , then operate to the face after skilled.

- Red light picosecond pen is for personal home use, you can operate it by yourself. Its power and effect are smaller than the blue one.
- Blue light picosecond pen is for beauty salon use or if someone can help you operate it, you CAN NOT operate it yourself because you need to wear the protective eyes glasses, its power and effect are bigger than red light picosecond pen.
Blue light
After the power of the digital tube, the frequency button will be pressed, and the blue ray will have nine frequency modes 1 to 9 out of the light mode, press the energy increment button to adjust the energy size, finish the setting and output and operate the closing machine, the blue light emits every time.
After the normal display of the digital tube, press the frequency button, the current selection has three frequency modes, 1.2.3 light mode, through the energy increase button to adjust the size, press the switch after the setting, the machine will run out of light and operate out after that, the machine can be turned off.
We suggest using red picosecond pen continuous output mode to remove a tattoo and use blue picosecond pen to remove spot, mole and freckle and etc.
Note & Tips:
- Treatment using this equipment for the first times suggested that with fresh pigskin test equipment, when fully familiar with equipment performance and operation procedures for treatment use again. Please start from the lowest level, then slowly adjust picosecond laser pen to the suitable level. For the blue light picosecond laser pen, the " 9 " level is the weakest, while " 1 " is the strongest. Please start from the weakest level.
- Due to the effect of this equipment can produce high temperature in an instant, when not in use, please properly keep avoid children and do not know the equipment use and to pay, to avoid children and do not know the equipment use and to play, to avoid danger happening.
- The use of this equipment had better not too clean, affected within 30 days (simple) under the care not scrub, not artificially make the hard skin fall off. Do not use irritating skincare products after therapy of picosecond laser pen. Pay attention to sun protection. The freckle treatment area is very sensitive to sunlight.
